By enrolling in Backstage Year-End Camp 2025, I, the participant or parent/guardian, agree to the following terms and conditions: 𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 As part of the camp’s culminating recital, each enrollee is required to sell a total of 10 tickets—5 tickets for the afternoon show and 5 tickets for the evening show. This is the students' moment to own the stage, and it’s only right that the people who support and celebrate them—friends, family, loved ones—are part of that moment. We understand that some may find selling tickets a challenge, and we’re here to support you. If you’re having difficulty completing the full requirement, you may reach out to us ahead of time—we will do our best to assist or explore alternative options. The goal is to make this experience meaningful, not stressful. 𝙄 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙣𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. 𝟐. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 I understand that dance training is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Backstage Year-End Camp and agree that Backstage, its staff, instructors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur during participation in camp activities, both on and off studio premises. This release applies to all claims for damages or injuries, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 𝟑. 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 In the event of an emergency, I authorize Backstage staff to seek appropriate medical attention on behalf of myself/my child. I understand that any medical expenses incurred will be my sole responsibility. 𝟒. 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 I grant full permission to Backstage to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, and recordings of myself/my child during the duration of the camp, including classes, rehearsals, and performances. These may be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes across any platform or medium. I understand that no further approval or compensation is required for such use. 𝟓. 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 I acknowledge that all enrollees are expected to behave respectfully and follow the studio’s safety guidelines and policies. Backstage reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
